A HOT oil! Very peppery. If you like hot sauce, use this or one of the other HOT oils (Citrus Habeñero, Roasted Chili) to add heat to all of your cooking. Great in burgers, chili, and BBQ sauce. NOTE: The three HOT oils we stock are virgin, not extra virgin, olive oils because the chemistry of infusing peppers requires a slightly more acidic oil than and EVOO.
